“Your ancestors and allies pray for you. Do you pray for them?”
What do you guys do daily or weekly that keeps you energetic enough to live whatever lifestyle you have
For the past couple months, I've began exercising and trying to diet for the first time ever and though I have seen improvements in cognition/mood/energy, it is not sufficient enough to accomplish the things I want to do on a daily basis.
When it's all said and done, I want to be able to look back at my life and see a frag movie of myself taking names and chewing bubblegum

To start off I'll say that another person's energy model is not worth following to the letter. Only through rigorous testing and self-reflection can you arrive at a model for nutrition, sleep and exercise that works for you. I have begun testing an energy model that I hope will give you a picture of what I mean:
I begin my day with prayer (if I do not pray with silence in my heart and if I rush myself to finish and jump into the day then I will only waste my time on this step); sip on fluids, black or green tea if not water; 10 standard pushups and 1 handstand pushup for every decade of the rosary; grains, eggs, and red meat for breakfast; include at least 1 fiber-rich and 1 antioxidant-rich meal in afternoon and evening meals; walk or run 3 miles by end of day; after end of day pray with pauses of silence, thinking deliberately and not spontaneously upon a set number of things ***very important step: diffuses inner chatter and makes the succeeding steps easier to follow***; power down all electronic computers at 2100 hrs; read a chapter of a paper book that I intend to finish; for best sleep cycle sack out at 2200 hrs and let the meatclock tell me when it's time to begin anew. Alarms may indeed make you sleep in later than you mean to; if your model looks anything like this then I suggest you give yourself a weekend to study whether or not an alarm is necessary for you.

agree big time on prayer and lack of alarms
if i forget to do the jesus prayer with a prayer rope in regular increments throughout the day i cannot fight against the mental noise/chatter that the machines are constantly trying to excite

Your model is what I've been trying to achieve for sometime with mild success. Thinking further, what I think that I am lacking is consistency. My life as of current has been out of wack due to changes in work, school, and having to deal with personal matters. I will defiantly get back into prayer. I used to be consistent with prayer but in recent times life got more difficult and I've been losing a sense direction with me getting gradually more scatter brained over the past month or so. I got some time now, so hopefully I can put something things in order and I'll check out some of the info you gave me.

I'll look into turning off my alarms though I work at a restaurant so falling sleeping and waking up with the sun isn't a option unless I want to cut hours. But spiritually I've been tapped out for a minute and really I've been eating shit since

CUT THE BULLSHIT OUT OF YOUR LIFE. SPENDING YOUR ENERGY ON UNNECESSARY THINGS IS JUST STUPID AND GIVING UP ON MENTAL TRAPPINGS FREES UP LOTS OF ENERGY . DO THE WORK WHEN IT IS NEEDED, AND REST. FOCUSED WORK IS WHERE IT IS AT.
I FIND RELAXATION AND STRETCHING TO BE ENERGETIC AS WELL.

stretching is a big one for me. I do if right when I wake up and it gives me a good boost of energy to get my day going.
Cutting bullshit out is a beast on its own
I was pretty close to minimizing most bullshit in my life but now I got to watch my ass because my parents are starting to give me shit for not being vaccinated and they could easily leave me out to dry since I still rely on them atm.

Honestly, if your situation is as you describe, I would have gotten vaccinated. Hear me out here. The vaccine is, in the end, a drug. It might harm you for a while, sure. But it is no way in hell a hill to die on.
And respecting your parents is a duty, even if they don't deserve it. If they are so adamant about you getting vaccinated, so be it.

You owe your parents much of yourself but to follow them blindly would be to failing them on the same level taking Xanax or being a fag
Also I rather die on this hill now while time is still on my side
Also your gay and you should get checked for aids
