We're approaching 3DT's 5th year: a half a decade of operations. Since the beginning of 2025, we've been working privately to create a complete redesign and recreation of 3DT as we know it. The 3DT network has been on a long journey to realize its true purpose, and I believe that Fod and I have truly found it. Without delivering the entire thesis of this realization in this post, what I can say is that the 3DT manifesto will be finalized and the site will be opened up to a greater audience. In the interim, I've lifted search engine indexing restrictions and made most of the forum publicly accessible without needing to register. This is the first step to transitioning the site away from a closed off group into a multilayer rendezvous for all potential dataluxers. To aid in the transformation of the site, one of our most respected designers, ment4ll, has been brought on to lead in digital creation of visuals and style for the site going forward. We've also brought on ten for technical development of cutting edge realtime features. More updates will be posted as time goes on. Optimistic future of 3DT.

I moved 3DT to a new server, and I'm working on getting it redundant on multiple servers over the next couple of months. We suffered some downtime while moving it over that could have been avoided unfortunately. For future reference, you can join or just view this Telegram channel for status updates. It's read-only and meant mainly for status updates and downtime announcements. Fod and I might pipe the 3DT news system to it a bit later for the people who are too lazy to actually use the site lol. In any case, it's best to join or bookmark it in case the site goes down unexpectedly.
