A COHERENT AND VERY PLAUSIBLE SYLLOGISM
1.ABSOLUTE POSITIVE ASSERTION OF GOD'S NONEXISTANCE(ATHEISM, NOUN)
2.TO WHOM IT CONCERNS, ALL PEOPLE WHO CALL THEMSELVES ATHEIST DO NOT HOLD AN ABSOLUTE POSITION--ACCORDING TO BUT NOT LIMITED TO BROADER EVIDENCE, STATISTICS, PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, THE NATURE OF MAN AND OF PHILOSOPHY. ALL SUCH PEOPLE ARE JUST OUTRIGHT BELEIVERS IN GOD'S EXISTANCE, ARE MORE OR LESS AMBIGUOUS ABOUT IT, AND/OR ARE AGAINST GOD IN THE CAPACITY OF (ATHIEST, ADJECTIVE).
3.THEREFORE, ATHEISM DOES NOT EXIST.
THE EXISTANCE OF PEOPLE WHO SELF IDENTIFY AS ATHEIST OR WHO PUBLICALLY OR PRIVATELY ASSERT THAT THEY DO NOT BELEIVE IN GOD'S EXISTANCE BY ANY MEANS, IS NOT A DEFEATER TO THIS SYLLOGISM. SUCH PEOPLE CAN, IN FACT, BE PUT INTO THE CATEGORIES MENTIONED ABOVE.

this post is not merely about you. this applies broadly. also keep in mind, a universal rule of rhetoric is that a belief must be believed by others to be true. and if your position begins and ends with yourself then it is worthless--in any case to deny god is to require an alternative answer for the earth, man, the universe. without that you have no choice neurologically and rhetorically because that is an automatic concession. no answer is an automatic loss with things like how the universe came to be. in any case, you cut me off earlier when i was about to make just this point you see above, which is a legitimate argument as opposed to pointing to a graph of people calling themselves atheists, which, if i did this, if i pointed to a graph in a formal debate and said look, 60% christian in america, all these people are diehard would die for christ tomorrow, it would be beyond laughable. but athiests get a pass... you have said yourself atheists are up to a majority beleivers in god who were wronged by a denomination, and if you add all the athiests who do not hold an absolute position, which you also admitted once before, then it becomes a supermajority. well, all i am saying is those few that are left can be counted out too and very reasonably so it's not a stretch at all.

My post and this thread were born from a specific discussion KANEQ and I had in Mumble a few days back, so it won't make much sense without that context
