“He's passed on to a better, more euphemistic place.”I just drink a lot of water and not much else. I had a period of time where I would use caffeine when my sleep schedule was bad and my work demands were high, but I've always dreaded the idea of both being addicted to caffeine and it no longer having an effect.
Sometimes I'll take calcium supplements if I feel like I'm not getting enough through my normal diet. I'll know if my legs ache slightly after a lot of physical activity, which is a sure sign that I'm not getting enough and I need to pay more attention to the food I'm eating or the sleep I'm getting.

I personally walk a lot and don't consume anything unnecessary. I also stay positive, that's important

I was taking nattokinase and serrapeptase for a few days before I started feeling a strange pain in my chest near my heart
I like creatine but only if I'm taking a lot of it
The supplements that had a noticeable difference came from armodafinil and those neuropeptide nasal sprays like Semax - I actually felt like a professional dancer with a level of physical coordination I hadn't felt since I was 12 after just 1-2 sprays up my nostril but I wouldn't recommend it
Other supplements, foods I've taken:
Host Defense mushrooms
Vinpocetine
Phosphatidylserine
Curcumin and Piperine for the bioavailability
Frozen Berries
Flax seeds
A lot of ginger and garlic
