Weightlifting or any sort of fitness is not a secret code based on 30-minute "anabolic windows" and loading phases. It has always been the same MORE IN MORE OUT. The harder you work out the more your muscle fibers tear and if you eat enough of the right things they grow back stronger. Don't buy into fitness complications.
I have been lifting for over two years. Focus on intensity and stressing muscles. Always go to failure to assure growth. If you need any fitness help message me. If you disagree let me know.

Been lifting for over 10+ years and I can tell you that I have not improved in muscle mass because I train for neurological konnection, rather than pure muscle mass. I am sure you are the same. Every body grows stronger in their own way. People cannot become Ronnie Coleman over 5 years, let alone 2 years.
