You should always be thinking about what you're gonna be doing in 5 years. That's not mutually exclusive with enjoying the present. You can sometimes enjoy the present even more with knowledge that you're on the right track for your future.
Don't be worrying constantly about what your future holds, things will change, but you'll be more self-guided and less tossed with the wind when you have a plan for yourself and you're asserting it.
