Looking for alternatives to proprietary IP camera systems and DVR software like Geovision's DVR and Control Center stuff. Anyone have any experience with Agent DVR? I'm looking for something that runs on Linux and can record motion from multiple IP cameras at once, recycle footage, and allow playback/remote access. Would be incredible if you could also access multiple DVRs cameras from one central application like Control Center can do... Any suggestions/experiences with this kind of stuff? Feel free to share. Just generally interested in all of it.

I've never used Agent DVR or any real DVR system for that matter, but you can almost certainly rig something up using ffmpeg
