I've had trouble when logging in through the 3dtest homepage, where when the window is full it works normally but if it's half sized it thinks it's a mobile site and won't continue. Not sure if this is a client-side problem.

otherwise, great work, I'm loving it so far. Hopefully we'll be able to customize our profiles a bit more soon but I understand wanting to develop the atmosphere first.

I'll try to forward that to Fod since I'm not in charge of that page, my domain is the forum and chatzone themselves, but thanks. also any reason why you posted twice?

Like submitting your own CSS? That could be something that could be done in the future if that's what you're talking about
Recaptcha2 is satan and its developers have been reserved a place in malboge for their crimes. The site would be better with a different anti-spam method

Gonna replace it with hCaptcha (not Google) or some other alternative if one is found very soon. It's on my list, should be moved over from reCaptcha by the end of the week if not sooner.

I think Fod said something about adding themes in the future, it would be pretty cool if there were some futuristic looking style themes, I actually really like the aesthetic on the Userbar I have selected and a full theme around that look would actually be really awesome.
Or some WipEout style stuff would also be sweet.

Making shit that scales well to different screen sizes is a bitch in HTML, but holy fuck why does this site only properly display posts in fullscreen 1920x1080 or above?

Thanks for the feedback, working on some of these requests and also just general housekeeping stuff to make the experience better
Post 263:353
I thought about that and custom themes can probably be something in the future
Post 263:361
I'm fixing up the URL bar currently so when I'm done with that you can just reload normally
Post 263:424
Fod told me he would be working on that soon

on the thread 'welcome page' would be good to see when the last post was made and by whom it was made e.g. 'General Feedback Thread posted by termer in General [19 replies] last post by NIKKOTEEN [21:03]
Bigger line spacing between thread topics so they're easier to read.
some way of saving/subscribing to a thread would b good too

Added to list, but I don't know when I'll be able to implement it

Will forward to Fod (he does most of the design stuff)

Added to list as well, but don't know when I will be able to do it, and will of course have to get approval from Fod for it. That'll probably tie into a larger notification system, like one that can notify you when someone mentioned you in a thread, etc. But I have recorded it and I'll see about it in the future

hCapacha is a marked improvement about google but it still requires you to identify images for killbots so it's still gay IMO. Just use a simple, text based capatcha like most imageboards do

Big well done on the site, Termer. My two major gripes (the Google Captcha & the URL bar thing) look basically fixed. Looks like the chat is still using the old captcha though
The most cyberpunk thing you can do, as in the dystopian meaning of the word, is watching Bl*ck M*rror on N*tflix and then talking about it on R*ddit.

I was wondering if I could write my own client for the chat and noticed this:
https://3dtestosterone.net/netkommand/js/utils.js
function sanitizeHTML(html) {
return html.replace(/</g, '<').replace(/>/g, '>').replace(/"/g, '"').replace(/'/g, ''');
}
If you're only sanitizing stuff client-side then I think that could be an issue. If not, don't worry about it.
I don't actually see the function used so might not be anything.

It's no issue, sanitizing HTML special characters on server side would just be an extra step that would cause things to look garbled. Everything that gets displayed on the screen is sanitized so it's ok. Thanks for taking a look though

Thanks. I'm gonna change that over to hCaptcha soon.
